I saw this photo on instagram and thought it was pretty hilarious
What was even more funny was the posters comment.
Truthfully, I did have my fears about the world ending on that day. My ongoing struggle in my relationship with God weighed heavily on my mind. If the world did end, and I die, will I make it to heaven? I havent been with my family in years, that means I'll never see them again? If I make heaven, will I recognise my family there? Will they also make it to heaven? Heaven weighed heavily on my thoughts.
But alas, December 21 came and went like every other day but I realised that I needed to start making changes in my life. Positive changes.
My faith in God and Jesus Christ is strong and unwavering. Now, everyday is an opportunity to be a better person and a better representation of God on earth to the people around me. So that when my time does come to leave earth, my final destination will be heaven.
